Returns / Replacements
-Bought jewelry can only be replaced with other jewelry that is the same price or higher price with extra charge.
-Purchased earrings can not be changed for hygienic reasons.
-You can replace the purchased jewelry only if the jewelry is unused and new as you received it, it is returned to the packaging as you received it, stating the reason why you change the jewelry on our email: email@example.com within 3 days after you received the jewelry. Once we receive the returned jewelry for replacement, we will send you what you have chosen as a replacement.
-The transport costs when replacing a product will be paid by you.
-Before sending the products, we check if they are in good quality and we pack them. Shipping costs are paid by us if we have sent the wrong product.
